Do you take a percentage of my orders?
No. Linguacommerce charges a flat monthly fee. Your buyers pay you directly through your connected Stripe account. We never touch your revenue.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe's standard fee applies to each transaction (typically 1.4% + €0.25 for European cards). This is charged by Stripe, not by Linguacommerce. Rates vary by country and card type.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. On the Professional plan, you can connect any domain you own to your storefront. We handle SSL and routing automatically.
What if I already have a website?
You can keep your existing site and embed our upload widget. It handles document intake and quote requests while your main site stays untouched. Payment and order tracking happen on your Linguacommerce-hosted pages.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your storefront stays active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my orders and files if I cancel?
Your order history and uploaded files remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export what you need.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum commitment. Annual billing (with a discount) will be offered in a future update.
